*Officially a US Citizen & More*

Sophia's Appointment was at 840am on Friday and we made it with no time to spare, thanks to Cleveland Traffic. I spent loads of time making sure I had every single document they asked for...And guess what? They never asked to see any of them. We went it to a room,a guy asked for her green card, swore me in so I could sign her papers, asked a few questions, I signed a few things, and we went back in to the waiting area and 10 minutes later he called us back in and we signed 2 more papers and he gave Sophia a flag, that she proudly smiled and waved around to everyone that would look. And he said Congratulations and we were done. Here's a few pictures....We were in and out a hour, so we got to look around the city some..

This is a fantastic Statue in Cleveland between the stadium and Science Center
Baby girl sleeping on the way home....she had such a big day and didn't even realize it. It really was the greatest feeling to be all done.
I cried while watching her sleep, It was a long journey, but now I no longer have a empty void. I feel Completed!

Congratulations!! Sounds like the embassy appt. all the build-up, and really very little action.

We go for re-adoption Wed. He is already a citizen, this is just to file his BC here in the States. Still, it is a big day for us!
