FFF~Mother's

♥I thank god every day for allowing me to be the mommy to these 3 blessings♥
Little Things
I remember the little things
that once were only mine,
a homemade heart
youbrought from school
,a “Mommy Valentine,
"fingerprints on window panes,
footprints on my rugs,
a little note you wrote to me,
soft and cuddly hugs.
I remember the little things
that I shall always miss
,a dandelion bouquet for me,
a smile, a laugh, a kiss,
Kool-aid smiles of berry blue,
popsicle grins of red,
good night kisses on my cheeks,
tucking you in bed.
I remember the little things,
that can’t be bought or sold.
The children that God gave to me
are more precious than pure gold.

Great picture and I love the poem. It is so true. We need to enjoy every moment with them since they grow up so fast. The new picture on your header is very cute!

Happy Mothers Day Lisa! And thank you for commenting on my FFF! I sure hope I will make a good mommy. I just trust that while waiting for that season (but first the season of marriage) in my life to come I am being molded and shaped into a better mommy. I'm learning, growing, and healing from the hurts life has already thrown at me so I will be strong, wise, and all things good for my future kiddos. A mommy is all I have ever REALLY wanted to be. You have a beautiful family. Little Sophie is adorable. With all these wonderful looking guatemalans I have been seeing on the blogs, it just may have to adopt from their one day. It has always been a passion of mine to adopt a few children. A family in my church will be bringing a little gautemalan princess home very soon. They had a rough go at first, the process was shut down. THen they re-opened the case...it has been amazing to watch them as they fight for their daughter and support her needs in the mean time. Our church can't wait to meet her.
