Update

We are back to the land of living and blogging. Well, Kinda sorta. Lots to report here,
Surgery went well and I am up and about, very sore and very tired, but ok. I have not been to Target or Starbucks in almost 2 weeks. I have to get better.

Sophia is down with a cold and bad cough. This is her when she went down today.

In other news, hubby was laid off and his last day of work is February 27th, sadly that is our last day of insurance too. Please pray he gets called back before unemployment runs out and that we can get some sort of insurance at least for the kids.

I haven't been taking pictures since I have spent most of my time on the couch or in my bed. Hopefully I can get some taken and a new update later on this weekend.

WHAT?! No insurance?! I can't believe that there isn't something provided!! Wow, well, I hope that this is very short lived and that Frank is either called back quickly or that he finds something WAY better! By the way, LOVE the pic of your little sweetie. Hope she's feeling better when she wakes up!

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's job. I know so many people that have been laid off, the economy is so scary right now. I hope he finds another job quickly. I hope you and Sophia start feeling better too! She looks so adorable sleeping surrounded by all her stuffed animals.

Glad you are healing, and it went well. But, remember to take it easy.

I am so sorry about the lay off. These are such hard times. The no insurance thing is awful!!

Take care, and remember to rest

I am so glad that your surgery went well and that you are starting to feel better.
I am so sorry about your husband's job. I will pray that he gets called back soon. Unless they are a really small company they should offer you a continuation of insurance coverage thru COBRA. It is expensive though. Try BCBS for an individual plan they are usually pretty reasonable for a basic plan.
Good luck! I hope Sophie feels better.
Take care,
Sharon

So glad to hear you are home and doing ok. May your strength and energy continue to grow. I am so very very very sorry to hear of the lay off and no ins. It is truly a very scary time for all of us right now, wondering if there will be any job security for anyone.

Sending big hugs.........
