New clothes...Pictures...Ticked off

All in one day!
At the mall one day Frankie spun a Give away wheel at Sadies and won me a Bronze package. Free 8x10,2-5x7's & 8 wallets No sitting fee for one child and $19.99 for 2-4 So I thought, awesome I will get the 3 kids done in the barn room. Had my friends make Sophia's new bandana dress and bow and got the big kids matching shirts, all matched up and ready to go.
We get there and I was, am so disappointed. The girl that took the pictures, didn't know what she was doing and was asking me how I wanted the kids pictures? How to sit them? No Props? Totally unorganized and only took 10 minutes. And when she found out that I wasn't ordering any more pictures she was down right rude.
Even though I didn't pay for the pictures, I am still tossing up contacting the manager of the store? Any suggestions?
Here is my sweet girl all prettied up before we left!

I would contact the manager. Imagine if you were planning to buy pics. That is just wrong. I would politely ask for another sitting. You are well within your rights.

Plus, add in getting three kids ready for pics. UGH!!!

I love the dress! She is just adorable in it.

I would contact the manager and ask to have the pictures redone. And I would go so far as to ask for a different photographer.

I would definitely contact the mgr. That's certainly no way to promote your business. If the pics and photographer were great, you most likely would have bought more and recommended them to other people. Now? You surely won't be doing that.

Adorable dress! And I agree with the others - I would most definitely contact the manager. What a jerk - how did it not occur to her that if you had a good experience you may come back and/or recommend them to other people?? Some people just shouldn't deal with the public!

That dress is soooo cute! I love it. I'm sorry the session didn't turn out well. That has happened to me before. Even though you didn't pay I would still contact the manager. They still have to treat you like a paying customer.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the dress!! Sophia is just so adorable.

I agree with all the others. That dang girl had no right treating you like that. If I lived closer I would go tell her a thing or two because I got your back.

I agree. The reason they give free giveaways is to promote their business. That is no way to do business. I would make sure that I told them I would let all of your friends know how you were treated. Fair is fair and that wasn't.

That totally stinks that the photographer was so bad. I had that happen once and the pictures came out awful so I didn't buy any but it is so annoying.

You should call the manager. They did the give away to get publicity and as a result of the bad staff all they are going to get is negative publicity.
